 In 1978, Chris and Mary Lou Rosendale founded Rosendale Realty in Stevensville, Maryland. In the late 1980's the business was expanded to inlcude a location on Commerce Street in downtown Centreville. Beginning in 1999, Chris and Mary Lou's son Michael Rosendale took over the family business after managing the Kent Island location for a number of years. With an eye to the future, Michael has instituted many changes that include, increased sales force, tripled sales volume, increased presence on the World Wide Web, and relocating the Kent Island Branch to its new state-of-the-art location in Kent Island Station. During it's 30 plus years of business Rosendale Realty has been a tradition of community support and has dedicated sponsorship to many local organizations.
Rosendale Realty strives to give clients the most extensive market exposure possible. We utilize mass-media internet sites we have also developed and maintained a personal website, www.rosendalerealtyonline.com to attract purchasers and present the unique features of each listing with high-quality photos and descriptions. In addition, we participate in many local print advertising and are also a regular at many local events such as Kent Island Day, Lions Music Festival, QACO 4H Fair, & the Centreville Block Party.
