 In 1978, Chris and Mary Lou Rosendale founded Rosendale Realty in Stevensville, Maryland. In the late 1980's they expanded the business, opening additional locations in Centreville and Greensboro. After moving the Kent Island location to its present home on Route 8, Mrs. Rosendale felt compelled to offer clients a more complete Real Estate experience. Eager to access the most current technological advances and impressed with CENTURY 21's national recognition Rosendale Realty signed on to become CENTURY 21 Rosendale Realty in 1995. The company has since been the #1 Century 21 office on Maryland's beautiful Eastern Shore and one of the top producing Real Estate company's in the Delmarva area. Beginning in 1999, Chris and Mary Lou's son Michael Rosendale took over the family business after managing the Kent Island location for a number of years. With an eye to the future, Michael has instituted many changes that include, increased sales force, tripled sales volume, and increased presence on the World Wide Web. During it's 30 plus years of business CENTURY 21 Rosendale Realty has been a tradition of community support and has dedicated sponsorship to many local organizations.
